Description

Discover the landscapes and trails that Inspired the Hudson River School artists to create their famous works of art.  During our full day workshop we will visit the home of Thomas Cole who is credited with inventing the style of art known as the Hudson River School.  Later, will we explore some fantastic landscape photography locations and capture breathtaking images as we walk in the footsteps of Thomas Cole, Sanford Robinson Gifford and Frederic Edwin Church.  Exploring these majestic locations and studying the work of these great artists will provide us with the opportunity to fine tune your creative vision, improve your technical skills and learn more about the artists so inspired by the Hudson Highlands.

This workshop is designed for inspired photographers who are passionate about creating images and eager to improve their artistic vision.  I am dedicated to providing individual instruction to help take you to a new level regardless of your current photography experience.

This workshop is a full day event.  Tuition is $300 per/person and is limited to 4 people. (Class will be rescheduled if fewer than 2 students register for any given session.)
